Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other city officials to resolve any issues or discrepancies found in construction plans.<\/p>\n
Utilize knowledge of building codes and regulations to provide guidance and assistance to project stakeholders on compliance requirements.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all reviewed plans and related correspondence.<\/p>\n
Conduct on-site inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to building codes and regulations, and communicate any changes to project stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide timely updates on plan reviews and inspections.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service to project stakeholders, answering any questions and addressing concerns related to the plan review process.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other city departments and agencies as needed to ensure smooth and efficient processing of construction plans.<\/p>\n
