Develop and implement a comprehensive global external communication strategy that aligns with Novartis’ business objectives and brand reputation.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including government officials, patient advocacy groups, and media outlets.<\/p>\n
Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends, policies, and regulations to inform and guide the company’s public affairs strategy.<\/p>\n
Represent Novartis in public forums, conferences, and events to promote the company’s values and initiatives.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute public affairs campaigns and initiatives that support the company’s mission and goals.<\/p>\n
Lead a team of public affairs professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their daily responsibilities.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets to proactively manage the company’s reputation and respond to any potential issues or crises.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze public perception of the company and its products, and develop strategies to address any potential challenges or issues.<\/p>\n
Stay abreast of industry and policy changes that may impact the company, and provide recommendations and guidance to senior leadership.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the company’s public affairs efforts align with its overall business objectives and values.<\/p>\n
Contribute to the development of Novartis’ corporate social responsibility initiatives and programs.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve the company’s public affairs efforts, utilizing data and metrics to measure success and make necessary adjustments.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Public Affairs, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry And Global Healthcare Landscape.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Strategic Communication Plans.<\/p>\n
