Lead and manage the release management capability for the RA Platform Operations team at Novartis.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement efficient and effective release management processes.<\/p>\n
Ensure smooth and timely release of regulatory submissions and updates across the global organization.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and evaluate the release management processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of regulatory affairs operations in the pharmaceutical industry.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and changes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.<\/p>\n
Manage and prioritize the workload of the release management team, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge in release management processes and systems.<\/p>\n
Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on release timelines and any potential issues.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues that may impact the release of regulatory submissions.<\/p>\n
Ensure all release management activities are documented and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success and efficiency of the release management capability.<\/p>\n
