Develop and implement strategic public relations plans and initiatives that align with RGA’s overall business goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive media coverage for RGA.<\/p>\n
Create compelling messaging and press materials that effectively communicate RGA’s brand, products, and services to external audiences.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks for RGA’s reputation.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and executive leadership, to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all channels.<\/p>\n
Serve as a spokesperson for RGA and effectively handle media inquiries and interviews.<\/p>\n
Plan and execute media events, press conferences, and other public relations activities to raise awareness of RGA’s brand and thought leadership.<\/p>\n
Manage crisis communications and develop contingency plans to protect RGA’s reputation in the event of a negative event or situation.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry news and trends to identify potential opportunities for RGA to showcase thought leadership and expertise.<\/p>\n
Measure and report on the success of public relations efforts, including media coverage, brand visibility, and reputation metrics.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Public Relations Or Communications Role, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proven Track Record Of Successful Media Relations, Crisis Management, And Strategic Communications Planning.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Writing, Editing, And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Various Audiences.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience Managing And Mentoring A Team, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.<\/p>\n
