Conduct in-depth analysis of in-force business to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to manage and improve the profitability and sustainability of in-force business.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and finance, to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Utilize actuarial modeling and other tools to evaluate the impact of potential changes to in-force business.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to in-force business, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to in-force management.<\/p>\n
Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline in-force management processes.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other actuaries and team members to develop and maintain actuarial models and assumptions.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in the management of in-force business.<\/p>\n
Mentor and train junior team members on in-force management principles and techniques.<\/p>\n
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to in-force business.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all in-force management activities.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to current in-force management strategies and processes.<\/p>\n
Handle ad-hoc requests and projects related to in-force business as needed.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Work, Preferably In The Reinsurance Industry.<\/p>\n

Associate Or Fellow Designation From The Society Of Actuaries.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Actuarial Modeling Software And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.<\/p>\n
