Process Claims: The Associate Claims Examiner will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing a high volume of claims on a daily basis.<\/p>\n
Verify Information: The Associate Claims Examiner will be responsible for verifying all relevant information provided by the claimant, including policy details, coverage information, and any supporting documentation.<\/p>\n
Analyze Claims: The Associate Claims Examiner will be responsible for analyzing claims to determine coverage, liability, and potential fraud, and making appropriate decisions based on company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Communicate with Policyholders: The Associate Claims Examiner will be responsible for communicating with policyholders to gather additional information, provide updates on claim status, and address any questions or concerns they may have.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with Team: The Associate Claims Examiner will work closely with other members of the claims team, including adjusters, to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.<\/p>\n
Maintain Accurate Records: The Associate Claims Examiner will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed, including documentation of decision-making processes and any relevant correspondence.<\/p>\n
Adhere to Company Policies: The Associate Claims Examiner will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in the handling of claims.<\/p>\n
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: The Associate Claims Examiner will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.<\/p>\n
Stay Informed of Industry Trends: The Associate Claims Examiner will be expected to stay informed of industry trends and best practices in claims processing, and continually seek opportunities for professional development.<\/p>\n
Contribute to Team Goals: The Associate Claims Examiner will be responsible for actively contributing to team goals, including meeting departmental targets for accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
