Perform legal research and analysis to support the legal team in various matters.<\/p>\n
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, contracts, and other relevant materials.<\/p>\n
Maintain and update corporate records, contracts, and other legal documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Manage and organize legal files, documents, and databases to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and provide legal support and guidance.<\/p>\n
Assist with the preparation of legal reports and presentations.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure compliance and provide recommendations to the legal team.<\/p>\n
Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed.<\/p>\n
Communicate and liaise with external parties, including attorneys, vendors, and clients, as necessary.<\/p>\n
Provide administrative support to the legal team, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel.<\/p>\n
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the legal team or senior management.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.<\/p>\n
Contribute to the development and improvement of legal processes and procedures.<\/p>\n
Mentor and train junior paralegals and provide guidance and support when needed.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Paralegal In A Law Firm Or Corporate Legal Department.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance And Reinsurance Industry, Including Regulatory Requirements And Litigation Processes.<\/p>\n

Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Work With Attorneys, Clients, And Other Stakeholders.<\/p>\n
