Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks for RGA’s clients in the Americas division<\/p>\n
Utilize actuarial techniques and analysis to evaluate and monitor the financial performance of in-force business<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative financial solutions for clients<\/p>\n
Provide expert insights and recommendations on risk management to support decision-making processes for clients<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks for RGA’s business<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions<\/p>\n
Create and deliver presentations and reports to communicate complex actuarial concepts and strategies to internal and external stakeholders<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure RGA’s risk management practices are in accordance with standards<\/p>\n
Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in actuarial science and risk management<\/p>\n
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of RGA’s risk management practices.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Associate Or Fellow Of The Society Of Actuaries (Soa) Designation.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Or Risk Management Roles Within The Insurance Or Reinsurance Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Financial And Actuarial Concepts, Including Valuation, Capital Management, And Risk Assessment.<\/p>\n

Excellent Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Actuarial Software Such As Axis Or Prophet.<\/p>\n
