Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive product and business growth for Reinsurance Group of America (RGA).<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product and service opportunities, conduct market research and competitive analysis, and develop business plans.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.<\/p>\n
Utilize strong business acumen to identify and evaluate potential partnerships and opportunities for business expansion.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to identify new product and business development opportunities.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and feedback to team members to ensure project success.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze product and business performance, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.<\/p>\n
Maintain a deep understanding of RGA’s products and services, as well as the competitive landscape.<\/p>\n
