Lead the product development efforts for Reinsurance Group of America (RGA).<\/p>\n
Drive innovation and continuous improvement of RGA’s products and services.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and customer needs.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap.<\/p>\n
Set and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities to internal stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.<\/p>\n
Create and manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and make trade-off decisions.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.<\/p>\n
Ensure that products meet regulatory and compliance requirements.<\/p>\n
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve and optimize product offerings.<\/p>\n
Mentor and guide junior product owners and team members.<\/p>\n
Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert for RGA’s products and services, both internally and externally.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Product Management Or Related Role, Preferably Within The Insurance Or Reinsurance Industry.<\/p>\n

Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodology And Experience Working As A Product Owner Within An Agile Environment.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Insurance Or Reinsurance Products.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Business, Management, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Relevant Advanced Degree Preferred.<\/p>\n
