Develop and execute the overall client propositions strategy for Reinsurance Group of America.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand client needs and develop innovative solutions.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team responsible for creating and delivering client propositions.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track the performance of existing client propositions and make recommendations for improvements.<\/p>\n
Develop and manage budgets for client propositions initiatives.<\/p>\n
Communicate and present client propositions strategy and updates to senior management.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to ensure Reinsurance Group of America remains a leader in the market.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of client propositions.<\/p>\n
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support their efforts in promoting client propositions.<\/p>\n
