Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing proactive solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly understood and met.<\/p>\n
Lead and motivate project teams to ensure all members are working towards the same goal and meeting project milestones.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are being met.<\/p>\n
Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.<\/p>\n
Prepare and present project status reports and presentations to clients and senior management.<\/p>\n
Manage project changes and variations, ensuring they are properly documented and approved by all parties involved.<\/p>\n
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and productivity.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.<\/p>\n
