Design and implement mechatronic and robotic systems for use in CBRE facilities.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to mechatronic and robotic systems.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for improving facility operations.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and identify opportunities for their application in CBRE facilities.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of mechatronic and robotic systems to ensure optimal performance.<\/p>\n
Train and educate team members on the proper use and maintenance of mechatronic and robotic systems.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain documentation and manuals for all mechatronic and robotic systems.<\/p>\n
Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures.<\/p>\n
Stay compliant with all safety regulations and protocols related to mechatronic and robotic systems.<\/p>\n
Continuously research and evaluate new mechatronic and robotic technologies to enhance CBRE’s capabilities and offerings.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Commercial Real Estate Environment.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems, As Well As Experience With Plc Programming And Troubleshooting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Familiarity With Industry-Specific Software And Tools, Such As Autocad, Solidworks, And Ros (Robot Operating System).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills.<\/p>\n
