Develop and implement global HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as company standards.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current HSE programs and make recommendations for improvements.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and identify potential hazards.<\/p>\n
Provide coaching and training to employees on HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.<\/p>\n
Serve as the primary point of contact for all HSE-related inquiries and concerns from employees, clients, and regulatory agencies.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.<\/p>\n
Conduct investigations into workplace accidents, injuries, and near misses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with emerging HSE trends and best practices, and make recommendations for their integration into company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with external HSE organizations, consultants, and vendors.<\/p>\n
Prepare and submit reports to senior management on HSE performance, initiatives, and compliance.<\/p>\n
Lead and facilitate HSE committee meetings and training sessions.<\/p>\n
Monitor and manage HSE budget and resources.<\/p>\n
Promote a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization.<\/p>\n
Stay informed of any changes in HSE regulations and ensure company compliance.<\/p>\n
Act as a mentor and role model for employees in regards to HSE practices and procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with HR to ensure HSE policies are integrated into employee onboarding and development programs.<\/p>\n
Develop and oversee HSE communication and awareness campaigns.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all HSE-related activities and incidents.<\/p>\n
Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.<\/p>\n
Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Management, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Real Estate Or Facilities Management Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Extensive Knowledge Of Global Hse Regulations And Standards, Including Osha, Epa, And Iso 14001.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proven Experience In Successfully Developing And Implementing Hse Programs And Initiatives Across Multiple Sites And Regions.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.<\/p>\n
