Oversee and manage the maintenance and operations of commercial buildings to ensure they are safe, efficient, and in compliance with all regulations and codes.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular inspections of building systems, equipment, and facilities to identify and address any potential issues.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure timely and effective upkeep of all building systems and components.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues in a timely and efficient manner.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and major projects.<\/p>\n
Manage and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and maintenance logs.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain building budgets and expenses related to maintenance and repairs.<\/p>\n
Train and supervise junior engineering staff, providing guidance and support as needed.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulations related to building maintenance and operations.<\/p>\n
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company and client safety standards.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with property management and other teams to address and resolve any tenant or client concerns related to building systems and maintenance.<\/p>\n
Participate in emergency on-call rotation for after-hours building systems emergencies.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular meetings with building management to provide updates on maintenance and operational activities.<\/p>\n
Continuously assess and recommend improvements to building systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Building Engineering Or Facility Management, Preferably Within A Commercial Real Estate Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Professional Engineer (Pe) License Or Certified Facility Manager (Cfm) Certification Preferred.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience With Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Other Building Systems.<\/p>\n
