Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.<\/p>\n
Identify and troubleshoot issues with building systems and equipment, and make necessary repairs or replacements.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure they are in good working condition and address any maintenance concerns.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, including work orders and inventory of supplies.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with third-party contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.<\/p>\n
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance duties.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance building functionality and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Keep track of maintenance schedules and perform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and prolong the lifespan of equipment.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on maintenance tasks and address any concerns.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of tools and equipment.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices to continuously improve maintenance services.<\/p>\n
