Perform regular maintenance and repairs on various carpentry projects within our clients’ facilities, including but not limited to installation of fixtures, doors, windows, and cabinetry<\/p>\n
Utilize a diverse set of technical skills to troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems<\/p>\n
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and identify any potential maintenance needs or safety hazards<\/p>\n
Coordinate and communicate with other team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects<\/p>\n
Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites to ensure a safe and secure environment for all individuals<\/p>\n
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry standards and techniques to continuously improve skills and provide the best possible service to our clients<\/p>\n
Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maintain efficient operations<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions for clients’ facilities management needs.<\/p>\n

Proficiency In Various Carpentry Techniques, Including Framing, Trim Work, And Cabinetry.<\/p>\n

Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes And Safety Regulations.<\/p>\n
