Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across the organization.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and improve data quality through data profiling, cleansing, and validation processes.<\/p>\n
Lead data governance initiatives and projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data governance best practices.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements, and ensure data governance policies align with business objectives.<\/p>\n
Establish and maintain data quality standards, guidelines, and metrics to measure and report on data quality.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data quality issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert on data governance and quality, providing guidance and support to teams across the organization.<\/p>\n
Develop and deliver training programs to promote data governance awareness and ensure compliance with data policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Stay current with industry standards and best practices related to data governance and quality, and make recommendations for improvements to processes and tools.<\/p>\n
Drive a culture of data-driven decision making by promoting the importance of data governance and quality throughout the organization.<\/p>\n
