Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all properties under CBRE Group.<\/p>\n
Ensure that all facilities are in compliance with safety and building codes.<\/p>\n
Manage and coordinate all facility-related projects, including renovations, repairs, and upgrades.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement maintenance and safety procedures to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities.<\/p>\n
Monitor and manage facility budgets, including expenses, repairs, and upgrades.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.<\/p>\n
Manage and supervise a team of facility staff, providing guidance and support when needed.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry standards and trends to ensure that facilities are up to par with industry standards.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain detailed records of all facility-related activities, including maintenance schedules, budgets, and expenses.<\/p>\n
Respond to emergency situations and make quick decisions to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants.<\/p>\n
