Manage and monitor the servicing of commercial real estate loans in a timely and accurate manner.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with lenders, borrowers, and internal teams to ensure efficient and effective loan servicing processes.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough analysis of loan documentation, financial statements, and payment histories to identify any discrepancies or issues.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain loan data and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.<\/p>\n
Communicate with clients, borrowers, and internal teams to address any inquiries or concerns related to loan servicing.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of loan servicing operations.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to loan servicing.<\/p>\n
Prepare and present reports and presentations on loan servicing activities and performance.<\/p>\n
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely loan payments and reconciliations.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to loan servicing.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments to assist with loan modifications, refinancing, or other loan servicing activities.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.<\/p>\n
