Oversee the management and operations of all facilities within the CBRE Group, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standard.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategic plans for the efficient and effective operation of facilities, in line with company goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Manage and lead a team of facility managers and staff, providing guidance, support and performance evaluations.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations pertaining to facilities, including health and safety standards.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repair, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effective solutions.<\/p>\n
Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring expenses are within the allocated budget and identifying opportunities for cost savings.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or operational issues.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure facilities meet the needs of employees and clients.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management, and implement new processes and technologies to improve operations.<\/p>\n
Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on facility operations, budgets and any issues that may require attention.<\/p>\n
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the facilities team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.<\/p>\n
Represent CBRE Group in a professional and knowledgeable manner, demonstrating the company’s commitment to exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Management Role.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field. Master’s Degree Preferred.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Budgeting, And Vendor Management.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Extensive Knowledge Of Building Systems And Operations, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Security.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.<\/p>\n
