Oversee and manage all operations at British Airways’ Bermuda location, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Lead and supervise a team of airport staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of customer service.<\/p>\n
Monitor flight schedules and make adjustments as needed to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and ground operations, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.<\/p>\n
Ensure that all safety and security regulations are followed, and take appropriate action in case of emergencies.<\/p>\n
Handle and resolve any passenger complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.<\/p>\n
Maintain relationships with local authorities and vendors to ensure smooth operations and negotiate contracts as needed.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and developments and make recommendations for process improvements and new initiatives.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff.<\/p>\n
