Conduct thorough and efficient pre-flight inspections and preparations to ensure the safe and timely operation of our aircrafts.<\/p>\n
Operate aircraft in accordance with all federal regulations and company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members on board.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with air traffic control and other crew members to maintain efficient and safe flight operations.<\/p>\n
Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to flight plans to ensure the safety of the passengers and the aircraft.<\/p>\n
Perform regular maintenance checks on aircraft and report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate strong leadership skills in managing and coordinating with other crew members to ensure a smooth flight operation.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable flight experience.<\/p>\n
Make quick and sound decisions in emergency situations to ensure the safety of the aircraft and its passengers.<\/p>\n
