Conduct strategic analysis and provide insights to support decision-making for the Network team.<\/p>\n
Analyze market trends, competitor data, and customer preferences to identify potential growth opportunities.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize the airline’s network and routes.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing routes and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.<\/p>\n
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for new route proposals.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airports, government agencies, and industry partners.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and provide recommendations for adapting the airline’s strategy accordingly.<\/p>\n
Participate in the development and execution of the airline’s long-term strategic plan.<\/p>\n
Communicate complex data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Identify and address potential challenges and risks related to network and route planning.<\/p>\n
Continuously review and improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Mentor and train junior team members on network and route planning best practices.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.<\/p>\n
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across the organization.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Economics, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
