Monitor and stay up-to-date on all US regulatory requirements and changes to ensure the organization’s compliance.<\/p>\n
Identify potential compliance issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams for resolution.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, risk, and operations, to develop and implement compliance solutions.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance-related matters.<\/p>\n
Review and analyze compliance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses for escalations to determine appropriate corrective actions.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and industry associations, to stay informed of industry best practices and regulatory updates.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement compliance training and awareness programs for employees.<\/p>\n
Ensure all compliance policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated to align with regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as needed.<\/p>\n
Stay informed of industry trends and changes in regulations to anticipate potential compliance issues.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert on US compliance requirements and provide guidance to the organization as needed.<\/p>\n
Continuously assess and improve the organization’s compliance processes and procedures.<\/p>\n
Mentor and train junior compliance team members.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with global compliance teams to ensure consistency and alignment in compliance efforts.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Us Regulatory Compliance Laws And Regulations, Including Knowledge Of The Bank Secrecy Act, Usa Patriot Act, And Anti-Money Laundering (Aml) Regulations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Compliance Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Resolving Compliance Escalations And Investigations In A Timely And Efficient Manner.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business, Finance, Or Law. Additional Certifications, Such As Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (Cams), Are Preferred.<\/p>\n
