Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations: The US Compliance Escalations Manager will be responsible for staying up-to-date on all relevant laws and regulations and ensuring that Visa is in compliance with them.<\/p>\n
Manage and resolve escalations: The manager will be responsible for managing and resolving all compliance-related escalations from Visa’s clients and stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough investigations: In order to resolve escalations, the manager will need to conduct thorough investigations into the issues at hand, working closely with relevant teams and departments.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement solutions: The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective solutions to resolve compliance issues and prevent them from recurring in the future.<\/p>\n
Monitor compliance processes: The manager will monitor Visa’s compliance processes and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations and driving continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
Communicate with stakeholders: The manager will communicate regularly with Visa’s clients and stakeholders to provide updates on compliance issues and ensure that their concerns are addressed.<\/p>\n
Train and educate employees: The manager will be responsible for training and educating Visa employees on compliance regulations and processes to ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities.<\/p>\n
Stay informed on industry trends: The manager will stay informed on industry trends and changes in compliance regulations to ensure that Visa remains compliant and up-to-date.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records: The manager will maintain accurate and detailed records of all escalations, investigations, and resolutions to ensure transparency and accountability.<\/p>\n
