Develop and maintain a strong understanding of US regulatory requirements and industry best practices.<\/p>\n
Investigate and resolve compliance escalations in a timely and thorough manner.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement escalation processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Legal and Risk Management, to develop and implement compliance strategies.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and training to team members on compliance issues and escalation processes.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report on the status of compliance escalations to senior management.<\/p>\n
Identify and analyze potential compliance risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Foster a culture of compliance and risk management within the organization.<\/p>\n
Stay informed of any changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization’s operations.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with external regulators and compliance professionals to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.<\/p>\n

Extensive Knowledge Of Us Financial Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including But Not Limited To The Bank Secrecy Act (Bsa), Anti-Money Laundering (Aml) Laws, And The Usa Patriot Act.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, With At Least 3 Years In A Compliance-Related Role.<\/p>\n
