Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for Visa’s software products.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough testing of software systems to identify and report any defects or issues.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on testability.<\/p>\n
Utilize industry-standard testing tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective testing.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of software products, and provide recommendations for improvement.<\/p>\n
Implement and maintain automated testing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.<\/p>\n
Communicate test results and progress to project teams and management.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing to continuously improve testing processes.<\/p>\n
Mentor and train junior team members on testing techniques and industry best practices.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert on software testing and provide guidance to project teams on testing strategies and approaches.<\/p>\n

Extensive Experience In Software Testing: A Senior Software Test Engineer At Visa Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, With A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Executing Complex Test Plans And Test Cases.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Testing Tools And Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Testing Tools And Technologies, Including Automated Testing Tools, Performance Testing Tools, And Defect Tracking Tools. They Should Also Have Experience In Using These Tools Effectively To Identify And Report Software Bugs.<\/p>\n

Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: As A Senior Software Test Engineer At Visa, The Individual Will Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Project Managers, And Business Analysts.
