Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.<\/p>\n
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support on all aspects of payments technology.<\/p>\n
Utilize technical expertise to consult with clients on the implementation and integration of Visa’s products and services.<\/p>\n
Develop and deliver client presentations, training sessions, and other materials to educate and inform clients on the latest payment technology trends and solutions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technical teams, to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions to clients.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.<\/p>\n
Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of client solutions.<\/p>\n
Act as an ambassador for Visa, promoting the company’s products and services and maintaining a positive image and reputation in the market.<\/p>\n
