Manage and maintain the Splunk environment to ensure optimal performance and availability.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve any Splunk-related issues that may arise.<\/p>\n
Monitor system health and performance, and proactively identify and address potential problems.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve system functionality and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain documentation for Splunk architecture, processes, and procedures.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with the latest Splunk versions and features, and make recommendations for upgrades and improvements.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain custom scripts and queries to enhance system functionality.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24\/7 support for critical incidents.<\/p>\n
Mentor and train junior team members on Splunk best practices and troubleshooting techniques.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.<\/p>\n
Continuously identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.<\/p>\n
Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in Splunk and other relevant technologies.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
Expertise In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Splunk Infrastructure In A Large-Scale Environment.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Linux\/Unix Operating Systems And Scripting Languages.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Familiarity With Cloud Technologies, Such As Aws Or Azure, And Experience With Automation Tools Like Ansible Or Puppet.<\/p>\n
