Develop and drive the overall global strategy for FX and multicurrency solutions, in line with Visa’s overall business objectives.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of product managers to effectively execute on the strategy and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and customers.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscape, using insights to inform product development and enhancements.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technology, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.<\/p>\n
Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value.<\/p>\n
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of FX and multicurrency solutions.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.<\/p>\n
Stay informed on emerging technologies and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.<\/p>\n
Represent Visa and our FX and multicurrency solutions at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and influencing industry conversations.<\/p>\n
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.<\/p>\n
Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on product strategy, progress, and key initiatives.<\/p>\n
