Manage integration process: Oversee the integration process of acquired companies, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.<\/p>\n
Monitor financial performance: Monitor and analyze the financial performance of acquired companies to ensure they meet agreed-upon targets and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
