Develop and implement privacy programs and strategies to ensure compliance with global privacy regulations.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on evolving privacy laws and regulations and make recommendations for necessary changes to policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of privacy programs.<\/p>\n
Conduct privacy risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in processes and systems.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure privacy policies and practices are in line with Visa’s standards.<\/p>\n
Train and educate employees on privacy policies and best practices.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert on global privacy regulations and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track privacy incidents and work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and regulators to ensure Visa’s compliance with privacy laws.<\/p>\n
Regularly report on the status and effectiveness of privacy programs to senior management.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance privacy compliance and data protection.<\/p>\n
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices related to privacy and make recommendations for their integration into Visa’s programs.<\/p>\n
Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of privacy programs.<\/p>\n
Foster a culture of privacy awareness and accountability throughout the organization.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In A Related Field Such As Law, Business, Or Information Technology.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Privacy, Data Protection, Or Compliance Roles, Preferably In A Global Organization.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Global Privacy Laws And Regulations, Such As Gdpr, Ccpa, And Pdpa.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proven Track Record Of Managing Complex Privacy Programs And Initiatives, Including Developing And Implementing Policies, Procedures, And Training Programs.<\/p>\n
