Provide strategic guidance and support to clients in order to drive their success with Visa’s payment technology solutions.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges faced by clients, providing timely and effective solutions.<\/p>\n
Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to effectively communicate progress, successes, and opportunities to clients.<\/p>\n
Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and potential upgrades for existing clients.<\/p>\n
Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with Visa’s policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.<\/p>\n
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and events to represent Visa and promote our services.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert for clients, providing insights and recommendations on market trends and industry developments.<\/p>\n
Mentor and train junior team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to clients.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies and initiatives.<\/p>\n
Adhere to company values and standards while representing Visa and promoting our brand.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of The Payments Industry: As A Consultant For Client Success At Visa, It Is Essential To Have A Deep Understanding Of The Payments Industry, Including Industry Trends, Regulations, And Emerging Technologies.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: A Successful Client Success Consultant Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Information And Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience In Consulting Or Account Management: Previous Experience In A Consulting Role Or Account Management Position Is Highly Desirable For A Consultant At Visa, As It Demonstrates The Ability To Manage Client Relationships And Provide Strategic Guidance.<\/p>\n

Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Consultant For Client Success, One Must Have Strong Analytical Skills To Interpret Data And Identify Key Insights To Improve Client Performance. Problem-Solving Skills Are Also Crucial In Addressing Client Challenges And Finding Innovative Solutions.<\/p>\n
