Develop and implement maintenance programs and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment and facilities.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with production and quality teams to prioritize maintenance and engineering needs to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, and promote a culture of safety among team members.<\/p>\n
Manage and track maintenance and engineering budgets, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing expenses.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and upgrades.<\/p>\n
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.<\/p>\n
Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, and recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve maintenance and engineering processes.<\/p>\n
Communicate regularly and effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management regarding maintenance and engineering activities, issues, and progress.<\/p>\n
