Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on company transportation fleet, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.<\/p>\n
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with vehicles and equipment, and make necessary repairs in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate maintenance and repair schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing maintenance and repair tasks.<\/p>\n
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering necessary parts and supplies for the fleet.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in fleet maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.<\/p>\n
Act as a resource for other team members and provide guidance and training on maintenance and repair tasks.<\/p>\n
