Develop and implement sensory and consumer research programs to drive innovation and optimize the consumer experience for PepsiCo products.<\/p>\n
Design and execute sensory studies, including discrimination testing, descriptive analysis, consumer preference testing, and consumer acceptance testing.<\/p>\n
Analyze and interpret sensory and consumer data to identify key insights and trends.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product concepts and improve existing products based on sensory and consumer research findings.<\/p>\n
Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to communicate research findings and make data-driven recommendations.<\/p>\n
Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in sensory science and consumer research to identify new opportunities for PepsiCo products.<\/p>\n
Ensure that all sensory and consumer research methods comply with company standards and protocols.<\/p>\n
Manage and maintain sensory and consumer testing facilities and equipment.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor junior team members in sensory and consumer research techniques.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on research projects and timelines.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and organized records of all sensory and consumer research data.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with external research partners to leverage their expertise in sensory and consumer research.<\/p>\n
Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies to enhance the sensory and consumer research process.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Food Science, Sensory Science, Consumer Science, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Sensory Or Consumer Research, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficiency In Statistical Analysis Software Such As R, Sas, Or Xlstat.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Sensory And Consumer Evaluation Methods, Including Discrimination And Descriptive Analysis, And Preference Mapping.<\/p>\n
