Develop and implement strategies and processes to ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulatory standards for food and beverage products.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track changes in regulations and proactively communicate potential impact to key stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough research and analysis of new and existing regulations to identify potential risks and opportunities for innovation.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, legal, and marketing to ensure alignment and adherence to regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and support to product development teams to ensure product formulations and labeling comply with regulatory standards.<\/p>\n
Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory affairs, providing guidance and training to internal teams as needed.<\/p>\n
Conduct and manage regulatory audits and inspections, addressing any findings and implementing corrective actions.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies, industry organizations, and external consultants.<\/p>\n
Lead and participate in product recall and crisis management processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to regulatory authorities.<\/p>\n
Stay current on industry trends and changes in regulations to anticipate potential impact on PepsiCo’s business.<\/p>\n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency in regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n
Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in regulatory affairs.<\/p>\n
Represent PepsiCo in industry events and conferences, sharing best practices and promoting the company’s commitment to regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Experience With International Regulations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Navigating Complex Regulatory Challenges And Obtaining Necessary Approvals For New Products.<\/p>\n
