Develop and maintain financial reporting processes and controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.<\/p>\n
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.<\/p>\n
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to make informed recommendations.<\/p>\n
Communicate financial results and insights to key stakeholders and provide recommendations for action.<\/p>\n
