Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective reset strategies for retail stores.<\/p>\n
Conduct store visits to assess product displays and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Communicate with store managers and employees to build strong relationships and address any issues or concerns.<\/p>\n
Analyze sales data and consumer trends to make informed decisions on product placement and display.<\/p>\n
Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels for all products.<\/p>\n
Train and coach store employees on proper product placement and display techniques.<\/p>\n
Work closely with merchandising and sales teams to understand and meet customer needs.<\/p>\n
Follow company guidelines and standards for product display and placement.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records and reports of store visits and product displays.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve reset processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform reset strategies.<\/p>\n
Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold brand standards at all times.<\/p>\n
