Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing various sourcing channels and enhancing our employer brand<\/p>\n
Lead the recruitment process for open positions, including conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions<\/p>\n
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions<\/p>\n
Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new employees<\/p>\n
Advise and guide managers on performance management and employee development<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any HR-related concerns or issues<\/p>\n
Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner<\/p>\n
Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures<\/p>\n
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for improvement<\/p>\n
Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture through initiatives and programs<\/p>\n
Coach and develop HR team members to ensure their continued growth and success.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n

At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Large Corporation.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Hr Strategies And Programs.<\/p>\n
