Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data used across PepsiCo’s various business functions.<\/p>\n
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data governance needs and develop solutions to drive data consistency and integrity.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track data quality metrics and provide regular reports to management on the state of data governance within the organization.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with IT teams to implement data governance tools and technologies.<\/p>\n
Lead data governance training and awareness programs for employees to promote data stewardship and best practices.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data quality issues and ensure compliance with data governance policies.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data governance and recommend improvements to existing processes.<\/p>\n
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide guidance on data management and governance.<\/p>\n
Maintain a deep understanding of PepsiCo’s data ecosystem and how data flows through various systems and processes.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert on data governance and stewardship and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Or Data Management Roles.<\/p>\n

Strong Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices, As Well As Experience Implementing Data Governance Frameworks.<\/p>\n
