Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage and optimize PepsiCo’s IT expenses.<\/p>\n
Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the IT department.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align IT spending with company goals.<\/p>\n
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the IT department, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial targets.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report on key financial metrics related to IT expenses, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.<\/p>\n
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions for IT services and products.<\/p>\n
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT finance, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor team members to enhance their financial and analytical skills in the IT department.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and work with internal and external auditors as needed.<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between the IT department and finance teams, communicating financial information and providing support as needed.<\/p>\n

Strong Knowledge Of Financial Analysis And Budgeting Processes<\/p>\n
