Oversee and manage all aspects of quality control for PepsiCo’s supply chain.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits and inspections of suppliers, production facilities, and transportation processes.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to address any quality control issues and implement corrective actions.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze data related to quality control and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to quality control and make recommendations for adjustments to company processes.<\/p>\n
Train and educate team members on quality control procedures and best practices.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and results.<\/p>\n
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential quality control issues.<\/p>\n
Ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and safety.<\/p>\n
Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes, ensuring quality control measures are in place.<\/p>\n
Act as a point of contact for any quality control related inquiries or concerns from internal or external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all quality control processes.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Quality Control Or Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Control Or Quality Assurance.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Iso 9001 Standards And Food Safety Regulations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience In Conducting Audits And Implementing Corrective Actions.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.<\/p>\n
