Responsible for merchandising and maintaining the appearance of PepsiCo beverage products in assigned retail locations.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff to ensure optimal product placement and sales.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track inventory levels and communicate any issues or discrepancies to management.<\/p>\n
Execute promotional and display initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and identify any opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase product visibility and sales.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any product issues or concerns from retail store staff or customers.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of all merchandising activities and report back to management on a regular basis.<\/p>\n
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety standards, at all times.<\/p>\n
