Ensure proper display and stocking of PepsiCo products in assigned stores in the Sutter, Yuba, Colusa, Glenn, Nevada, and Butte County areas.<\/p>\n

Conduct routine store visits to monitor product placement, availability, and pricing.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional initiatives and create eye-catching displays.<\/p>\n
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any potential issues or concerns to management.<\/p>\n
Utilize merchandising techniques to optimize product visibility and drive sales.<\/p>\n
Train and educate store personnel on new product launches and special promotions.<\/p>\n
Conduct product audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.<\/p>\n
Submit accurate and timely reports on store visits, merchandising activities, and sales data.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in merchandising strategies.<\/p>\n
