Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions that meet PepsiCo’s business needs and goals.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of software projects.<\/p>\n
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow in their skills and careers.<\/p>\n
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed to maintain high-quality code.<\/p>\n
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software engineering, and proactively identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies and methodologies into PepsiCo’s software development process.<\/p>\n
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<\/p>\n
Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of software projects.<\/p>\n
Monitor and troubleshoot software systems to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.<\/p>\n

Strong Knowledge And Experience With Software Development Methodologies, Such As Agile And Scrum.<\/p>\n
