Develop and lead the digital procurement strategy for PepsiCo, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and goals.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digital solutions for procurement processes, such as e-sourcing, e-procurement, and supplier relationship management.<\/p>\n
Oversee the implementation and integration of new digital tools and systems, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum utilization.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings through innovative digital solutions.<\/p>\n
Manage and monitor the performance of digital procurement processes, identifying and addressing any issues or inefficiencies.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on the latest digital trends and technologies in the procurement industry, and make recommendations for their application at PepsiCo.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor team members on digital procurement tools and processes, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and security in all digital procurement activities.<\/p>\n
Analyze and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the digital procurement transformation.<\/p>\n

Extensive Experience In Digital Procurement: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Implementing Digital Procurement Strategies And Initiatives. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Technologies, And Best Practices.<\/p>\n

Proven Track Record Of Driving Transformational Change: The Sr Transformation Manager Should Have A Successful Track Record Of Leading Large-Scale Transformation Projects In The Procurement Function. They Should Be Able To Identify Key Areas For Improvement, Develop And Execute Strategies, And Achieve Measurable Results.<\/p>\n

Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Will Involve Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership At Pepsico. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Influence And Drive Change At All Levels Of The Organization.<\/p>\n
