Lead and manage the logistics team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies and processes to optimize supply chain management and improve overall efficiency.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain initiatives and projects.<\/p>\n
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain reports and data analysis to track and report on logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n
Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to logistics and supply chain management.<\/p>\n
