Merchandising: Responsible for ensuring all PepsiCo products are displayed and stocked in a visually appealing and efficient manner in stores.<\/p>\n
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of all PepsiCo products and their unique selling points to effectively promote and sell them to customers.<\/p>\n
Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by ensuring products are readily available and displayed in high-traffic areas to maximize sales opportunities.<\/p>\n
Customer Service: Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and communicate with supervisors to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.<\/p>\n
Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to product placement, pricing, and signage to ensure accuracy and consistency across all stores.<\/p>\n
Time Management: Effectively manage time to ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.<\/p>\n
Reporting: Keep detailed records of product placement and sales data and provide regular reports to supervisors.<\/p>\n
Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and support each other in completing tasks.<\/p>\n
Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for PepsiCo by maintaining a positive and professional image at all times.<\/p>\n
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as store regulations, while performing job duties.<\/p>\n
Safety: Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while performing job duties to ensure a safe work environment for self and others.<\/p>\n
